Botanic Gardens & Arboretums
State Extension Offices
These state offices are federally funded; and are set up in
partnership with the Federal Government to offer information
on all aspects of agriculture to people in their own state.
Each state has satellite offices in each county. There are
micro-climatic differences among counties in the state. If you
need information on which cultivar will do best in your locality,
you should call your local extension agent in your own county
for expert advice.
